What insurance company do you represent?

We are a Farmers Insurance agency. Farmers is one of the largest insurer groups in the United States, offering a comprehensive range of home, auto, business, and life insurance products.

Do I have to come into the office to get a quote?

Not at all. We can provide quotes over the phone, by email, or in person — whatever is most convenient for you. Many of our clients handle everything remotely.

How long does it take to get a quote?

For most personal lines (home, auto, life), we can often provide a quote the same day. Business insurance quotes may take a day or two depending on the complexity of your operations.

What areas do you serve?

Our office is in Pine Island, MN, and we serve clients throughout Southeastern Minnesota including Zumbrota, Kasson, Oronoco, Dodge Center, and surrounding communities.

Can I bundle my home and auto insurance?

Yes, and we recommend it. Bundling your home and auto policies typically results in a multi-policy discount and simplifies your coverage under one agency.

Do you offer insurance for contractors and tradespeople?

Absolutely — it's one of our specialties. We work with electricians, general contractors, plumbers, and other trades to provide general liability, commercial auto, workers' compensation, and certificate of insurance services.

How much life insurance do I need?

A common guideline is 10–12 times your annual income, but the right amount depends on your debts, family size, and financial goals. We'll help you calculate the right number during a free consultation.

Claims & Service

How do I file a claim?

You can call our office at (507) 509-2899 and we'll help you start the process, or you can file directly through Farmers Insurance. Either way, we'll be involved to make sure things go smoothly.

What happens after I file a claim?

After filing, a Farmers claims adjuster will review your claim, assess the damage, and work with you on resolution. As your agent, we stay involved to advocate on your behalf and answer any questions.

Can you help me review my current coverage?

Of course. We offer free coverage reviews — even if you're currently with another company. We'll look for gaps, redundancies, and opportunities to save.

How often should I review my insurance?

We recommend an annual review, or anytime you have a major life change — buying a home, getting married, starting a business, adding a teen driver, etc.
